Employment –Full-time (40 hours per week). May require additional hours, evenings, and/or weekend work.

Location –Las Cruces, NM

We are looking for a motivated member service representative to be the first point of contact for all customer-related questions, requests, and concerns. The support member responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, assisting customer related issues, and processing transactions.

To be successful as a support member you should have strong customer service skills and enjoy working with people. A top-notch support member should be able to deliver exceptional member service experience and resolve inquiries and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.

Job Description

The candidate may be required to perform, but not limited to, the following:

  • Provide customer service to customers and Affiliate companies
  • Be able to read and understand medical questionnaires
  • Proof reading and spot check documents.
  • Respond to online messages in a timely and organized manner
  • Switch between tasks as needed
  • Quality control
  • Provide added support to affiliate companies
  • Update Action Status and Lead Profiles in CRM
  • Provide written updates on files
  • Tracking data in excel or google sheets
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Must accurately enter data into a database
  • Search for information
  • Send and receive email and attachments
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word to prepare correspondence and other documents.
  • Must use Microsoft Excel to prepare flowcharts and organize data.
  • Must use the internet to access schedules, research information, etc.
  • Must have basic knowledge of computers and dual screen.
  • Must be able to type at a proficient level.
